We proudly serve northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin since 2003. The team consists of experienced artists who specialize in event hair and makeup. We can accommodate all event size parties.

Shannon is able to create more unusual styles where pins wouldn’t work. With almost 20 years in the hair industry, she is well rounded with all hair types creating classic to modern styles.

Jaide is a second-generation cosmetologist, cosmetology educator, makeup artist and entrepreneur. Since launching her business in 2013, Jaide's passion for bridal hair and makeup has grown to become her focal point. Jaide specializes in a soft glam makeup application that enhances the natural beauty on any skin tone. Jaide’s favorite makeup line is MAC cosmetics.

Tiffany's favorite look is a chic boho style with loose braids. You will always find Amika, Undone Volumizing spray in her hair kit. If you can't find Tiffany, she probably is on the dance floor doing the stanky leg.

BRIDE TRIAL
Hair and makeup trials are important part of achieving your desired look for your wedding day. Trials are not mandatory but highly suggested. Trials take place at a private studio located in Lake Villa, IL.

BRIDAL ON-SITE SERVICES
We offer on-site hairstyling and makeup application for weddings, engagement photoshoots, and any special occasion needs! Our artists bring their makeup kit and hair tools to your location.
Due to our demand for bridal parties, we have a minimum of 4 services for each artist. Airbrush and faux lashes are included for all makeup.

Can I schedule a trial before booking?
You may schedule a trial before booking your wedding date. Please note that we will put a soft hold on your date until your trial.
Where and when can I have my trial?
We suggest scheduling your trial 3- 4 months before your wedding day. All trials take place at a small in- home studio located in Lake Villa, IL. Trials are scheduled Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm, weekends are limited.
What should I bring to my trial?
Please bring your veil and any hair accessories that you plan on wearing for your wedding day. If you have a specific hair or makeup product that you want to use for you wedding, please bring it. If you have any allergies to any makeup brands or ingredients, please let us know in advance.
How do I prepare for my trial?
Please come to your appointment with inspiration pictures. We will help you finalize a look and style that will work best for you. For bridal trials, it is helpful to wear a white or light colored top with no collar to resemble your wedding dress.
How do I prep my hair?
We prefer you wash and blow dry your hair the day before or the day of your appointment. Do not flat iron your hair as it is difficult to curl once pre- flat ironed. Do not arrive with wet hair, unless you are getting a blow-out for your style. We do not wash hair at trials or on- site appointments.
How long will my trial take?
Each service (hair/makeup) takes about an hour. Please specify in advance if you have any special circumstances, such as very long, thick hair so we can add additional time to your trial.
How can I reserve my wedding date?
In order to save the date, we need a completed and signed contract with 30% of your wedding day services. Deposits are done through Square invoices. Final payment is due 2 weeks before wedding day. One payment is allowed from the client who signed the contract. You may collect from others how you wish.
Is there a fee for travel?
All travel expenses are based on the distance between the on-site location and Jaide & Co. Bridal Artistry studio located in Lake Villa, IL. For all on-site locations, the first 60 miles round trip of travel per artist is included. Any additional miles will be charged at $1.00 per mile for each artist.
